Often, the quickest fix is a simple “refresh.” Please try closing and reopening the app completely. If that doesn’t work, check to ensure you have the latest version of the Agiza24 app from your app store. These two steps solve over 80% of minor technical issues.
Your complete history and saved items are located in your “Profile” section. Please tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar to find your order history, saved templates, and account settings.
Yes! Our free Tanzanian Food Guide and AI Health Assistant are available 24/7 within the app. They can provide instant information on the Glycemic Index (GI) of local foods, help you build a balanced plate, and answer general nutrition questions.
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday & Public Holidays: Limited support for urgent order issues only. Messages received outside of these hours will be answered first thing the next business day.
- Phone Calls: Answered immediately during business hours. This is the best option for urgent issues.
- WhatsApp Chat: Typically within 15-30 minutes during business hours.
- Email / Contact Form: Within 4 business hours.
- For Order Issues: Your Order Number (e.g., #AGZ12345) and the name of the chef.
- For Technical Issues: The type of phone you’re using (e.g., iPhone 13, Samsung S22) and a screenshot of the problem.
- For Payment Issues: The mobile money transaction ID and the date/time of the transaction.
For the most accurate answer, your first point of contact should be the chef directly through the app’s messaging feature. They have the most immediate knowledge of your meal. If you cannot reach them or are unsatisfied with the response, our support team is here to step in and assist.
