We're not bringing humanity back to mealtime. We're bringing safety back.
Look, let’s be honest. For millions of people in Tanzania, “mealtime” isn’t a warm, fuzzy experience.
It’s a moment of anxiety.
It’s a question.
It’s a risk.

When you’re managing a serious health condition like diabetes or hypertension, every single bite is a high-stakes decision. The traditional food industry, with its focus on speed and convenience, has completely abandoned you.
They see your medical needs as an inconvenience.
We see it as our entire mission.
Agiza24 was not created to make mealtime more “convenient.” We exist to make it safe. We are a clinician-led health platform that connects you to medically-trained chefs who can prepare food with the precision your health demands.
This isn’t about nostalgia. This is about survival.
Our Chefs aren't just cooks. They are specialists.
You won’t find our chefs working on a frantic restaurant line.
Our chefs are local entrepreneurs. They are talented cooks who have graduated from the Agiza24 Academy, a rigorous medical nutrition program designed and overseen by our co-founder, Dr. Joseph.
They are mothers, fathers, and skilled professionals who understand the difference between “low sugar” and “zero sugar.” They know how to build flavor without salt. They treat a customer’s allergy instruction not as a request, but as a sacred trust.
They don’t just cook with passion; they cook with precision. They are your neighbors, and they are the front line of a new, decentralized healthcare system.
Our platform isn't just "inspired" by doctors. It's led by one.

Most “health” apps are built by tech guys who read a few articles about nutrition.
Our platform was co-founded by a practicing medical doctor who lives the crisis of patient non-compliance every single day.
Dr. Joseph doesn’t just advise us; he builds our clinical protocols. He designs the certification curriculum for our chefs. He ensures that every single process on our platform is built, first and foremost, to protect the health and safety of our users.
This isn’t a marketing gimmick. It’s the structural foundation of our company. It’s why doctors trust us enough to prescribe our service to their patients. It’s our medical authority moat.
We're not just building an App.
We're Building a New Economy of Health.
The problem is a broken system. The solution has to be a new one.
Think about it. A patient gets a diagnosis from their doctor. The doctor gives them a diet plan they can’t follow. The patient struggles, their health declines, and they end up back in the clinic. The cycle is broken.
Agiza24 creates a new, virtuous cycle—an ecosystem where everyone wins:
- The Patient finally gets access to safe, delicious, medically-precise food, allowing them to follow their doctor's orders and improve their health.
- The Doctor gets a powerful tool to ensure patient compliance, leading to better outcomes, more effective treatments, and valuable data.
- The Chef gets a risk-free, profitable business opportunity, turning their skills into a sustainable income by serving the most grateful and loyal customers imaginable.

This isn’t a simple marketplace. It’s a self-reinforcing flywheel of health and economic empowerment. Every meal ordered strengthens the entire system.
The WHY behind it all
I'm Lusabara. And I'm going to tell you the truth about why Agiza24 exists.
You’ve probably read a dozen founding stories about sons of immigrants who were inspired by their mother’s cooking.
This isn’t one of them.
My story starts with failure. For three years, I ran a food delivery business that failed. I burned through my life savings, gained 33kg from stress, and learned a lot of hard lessons about what the market doesn’t want.
But my real failure—the one that keeps me up at night, the one that fuels every decision I make today—happened in a hospital room in Bugando, Mwanza.
It was there that I held my father’s hand as he fought for his life against the complications of diabetes and hypertension.

He was a strong man. But the illness had made him weak. And the one thing he needed to regain his strength—food—had become a source of constant fear and anxiety for our family.
The doctor’s instructions were clear. “Low sodium. Controlled carbs. No added sugar.”
It sounds so simple, doesn’t it?
But I dare you to try and find that meal in the real world. I dare you to call a restaurant and trust them with the life of someone you love. I dare you to navigate the confusing aisles of a supermarket, trying to become a nutritionist overnight.
We tried. We failed. Every single day.
My family’s most agonizing struggle wasn’t the illness itself. It was the desperate, soul-crushing, helpless search for a single meal that was safe for him to eat.
We found nothing.
And on December 26th, 2024, my father passed away.
In the depths of that heartbreak, I was struck by a devastating realization. The entire food industry, this massive machine, is built on a lie. The lie is that “convenience” and “options” are what people need.
But for millions of people, that’s not the truth. They don’t need more options. They need certainty. They need safety. They need trust.
Agiza24 is my promise, forged from that loss. It’s the promise to build the solution my father never had.
It’s why our co-founder is a doctor, not another tech bro.
It’s why our chefs are medically-trained, not just gig workers.
It’s why we talk about safety and precision, not just speed and variety.
Other apps talks about how their platform could have been an economic lifeline for their families. That’s a beautiful idea.
For me, Agiza24 is different. It’s the medical lifeline I wish my family had.
That’s why we’re here. And that’s why we will not fail.
This is more than a service.
It's a Solution.
We are building a new standard of care in Tanzania. A future where no family has to feel the helplessness that mine did. Whether you need this lifeline or you want to be a part of building it, there is a place for you here.
